Our main products include:

Fresh Ginger: We provide fresh ginger products tailored to customer specifications, including buffalo ginger, shared ginger, and young ginger. To ensure a stable supply, we collaborate with cooperatives and farmers to establish sustainable ginger cultivation areas. We have invested in seeds, provided technical guidance on cultivation, and facilitated the consumption of products for farmers. Our primary ginger supply regions are An Giang, Sóc Trăng, Bình Phước, Lâm Đồng, Đăk Lăk, Đăk Nông, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, with an annual production of over 7,000 tons of fresh ginger.

Factory Equipment:

• 2 specialized lines for washing and classifying raw ginger
• 2 flexible cold storage facilities in Đăk Lăk and Lâm Đồng for processing and storing goods
• 2 ginger washing machines with a total daily washing capacity of 40 tons

Ginger Product Supply Capacity:

• Fresh Ginger: 60 tons per day
• Young Ginger: 1,000 tons per month (depending on customer requirements and ginger age)

Description: Vietnamese fresh ginger is known for its rich and fragrant taste, weighing from 100 kilograms. Harvesting takes place from November to January and intermittently until March (young ginger can be harvested from September). Vietnamese ginger is characterized by its small size, thin skin, higher fiber content than other types of ginger, and a spicier and more aromatic taste. This is why thin ginger is used as an essential spice in Eastern cuisine. Vietnamese ginger has a more robust flavor compared to Chinese ginger.

Fresh Ginger Quality Grade A: Clean, bright yellow color with a delicate fragrance, no insect pests, no preservatives.
